8th Grade Geography
Monday- We will finish discussing the final lesson of the chapter
             - STUDENTS RECEIVED study guides last week
             - Students will get review sheets and bonus point sheets
             - BEGIN STUDYING FOR TEST

Tuesday - JEOPARDY REVIEW GAME
              - STUDY FOR YOUR TEST

Wendesday - Russia CHAPTER TEST

Thursday - Go over and discuss test/ Begin next chapter with the Middle East Take Home Quiz

Friday - DECEMBER CURRENT EVENT ARTICLES ARE DUE

8th Grade Civics
Monday - Mock Trial Begins Day 1

Tuesday - Mock Trial Day 2

Wednesday - Unit 2 Review

Thursday - Unit 2 Test

Friday - Begin Unit 3

9th Grade American History
Monday- Final Discussion about the end of the American Revolution
             - Students receive study guides and review sheets

Tuesday- Jeopardy Review Game - STUDY FOR TEST

Wednesday - CH 6 TEST

Thursday - We will be working on the projects
               - AMERICAN REVOLUTION PROJECTS ARE DUE TOMORROW !!!!!

December 10 - 14

GEOGRAPHY 8
Monday- Students will discuss Russia Culture in Class.
             - We will review the Russian Capitals ( STUDY CAPITALS)

Tuesday- Students will be playing the Russian Cultural Game PYANITSA in class
             - There is no homework. STUDY CAPITALS

Wednesday - Students will work on the "Independent Republics Packet" in class. If the packet
                    is not completed in class, it needs to be completed for Homework.

Thursday - We will discuss the IND Republics packet and Review Capitals. Study your capitals
                  for a short quiz tomorrow

Friday - RUSSIA Capital QUIZ
           - Russia Chapter Study Guides will be distributed today. There will be a test on the chapter
             next week.

CIVICS 8
Monday - Executive Branch Introduction. Students will complete the Executive Branch Packet

Tuesday - Discuss Executive Branch. Introduce Judicial Branch.

Wednesday - Friday
Students will be working on a Mock Trial in which they will conduct a Jury trial in class. These three days in class the students will be preparing their cases, reviewing witness statements, and reviewing Jury procedures to prepare for the trial next week.

AMERICAN HISTORY 1

Monday- Lesson 4: Factors on the Revolution. Classroom Discussion.
Tuesday - Friday
Students will be watching "The Patriot" Revolutionary war movie which highlights many of the key topics that have been discussed in class.

STUDENTS CAN ALSO BE WORKING ON THEIR PROJECTS ALL WEEK !!!!
PROJECTS ARE DUE DECEMBER 21st
