Monday- Introduction to Chapter 5 Population and Culture
Students will get their chapter vocabulary lists today as well.
Tuesday- We will complete Lesson 1: Intro to Cultural traits
- Students should complete their lists of "Elements of Culture" for class
Wednesday- Pass out and discuss World Culture Projects
These projects will not be due until February
Thursday- Students will receive Mid Term Study Guides
The study guides are being passed out before the holiday so the students can have
extra time to study.

The students will need to define, diagram , and explain the elements to the water cycle. The In class project that the students will be working on allows them to hit all of those standards. Monday- Students will be working on Pangea and Continental Drift. The students will be completing the Wegener and Hess Video Question Sheets today.
Tuesday- Students will be working on Types of Plate Movements. They will be working on an In-Class Project dealing with the movements. They will need to create models of the different types of movement.
Wednesday- Final Lesson of the Chapter !! Natural Disasters. The students will discuss natural disasters and then we will watch a video presentation regarding the largest natural disasters in history.
Thursday- Study guides are distributed. Review Sheets and Bonus Sheets. STUDY STUDY STUDY
Friday- NO SCHOOl
