CIVICS 8

Monday- Friday

During this week, the students will be working on a "MOCK TRIAL" during our study of the judicial branch of government. Each student will be assigned a role in the trial and we will prepare our cases and then go through the actual trial at the end of the week.

During the week, You should be studying your transcripts of the case and making sure that you are prepared for your specific role in the judicial process.

AMERICAN HISTORY 1

Monday- Pass back and discuss Tests and Current event articles
             - Lesson 1, Chapter 4 LIFE IN THE COLONIES
Lesson 1- Tradtional vs. New forms of government.
              - complete the chart assignment for HW

TUESDAY - FRIDAY
COLONIAL FAMILY PROJECT
Students will  be working on a project the remainder of the week in which they will be put into groups which are colonial "families" and they will have to depict what they're family would do during colonial times.
Students should be working on the Projects during the week in class and at home.
